Job Description:

The Space & Missions Systems Segment is seeking a strategic HR business partner to support business leaders within the Engineering and Security organizations within the Space Systems division. This is an on-site position located in Colorado Springs, CO and reports to the Director, Human Resources for Core Functions. As the HR business partner, the selected candidate will be a true strategic partner in driving business results by understanding the client area’s strategic plans and initiatives to provide value added recommendations. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with leadership as well as the overall employee population.
