About the opportunity

We're partnering with a growing organisation that's investing in its people function and looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to play a key role in its continued growth. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you'll provide trusted strategic HR advice, lead complex employee relations matters and contribute to organisational design. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders to provide strategic and operational HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead complex employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, disciplinary processes and workplace disputes.<...
