Lead Talent Acquisition activities to effectively meet recruitment needs.
Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders and ensure rigorous follow-up of recruitment processes.
Manage cross-functional HR projects and produce associated HR reports.
Lead and conduct annual performance evaluation campaigns.
Actively contribute to career management and talent development.
Participate in the implementation and monitoring of training actions.
Respond to employee needs and expectations and act as a close HR contact point for all employees in Morocco.
Ensure the updating and harmonization of all job descriptions.
