Job :
  • Define, propose, and implement Sothema's HR development policy.

  • Lead Talent Acquisition activities to effectively meet recruitment needs.

  • Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders and ensure rigorous follow-up of recruitment processes.

  • Manage cross-functional HR projects and produce associated HR reports.

  • Lead and conduct annual performance evaluation campaigns.

  • Actively contribute to career management and talent development.

  • Participate in the implementation and monitoring of training actions.

  • Respond to employee needs and expectations and act as a close HR contact point for all employees in Morocco.

  • Ensure the updating and harmonization of all job descriptions.
