About the Business

Our client delivers essential services across remote Western Australian communities, with a strong focus on culturally responsive health, housing and community development outcomes.

This is a rare opportunity to contribute to meaningful impact while helping build sustainable people foundations within a complex, purpose-driven organisation supporting WA communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior leaders, providing pragmatic, commercially aligned people advice
  • Strengthen and embed HR foundations including policies, governance frameworks and employment terms & conditions
