We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. As a trusted HRBP, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, aligning with HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance, employee engagement, and long-term growth. Full time & permanent on site opportunity in Mississauga. Salary 115K - 130K + bonus, full benefits from day 1, Pension Plan.

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide proactive HR solutions

  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives

  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
