Position at DNEG Reporting to the Assistant Vice President HR, Sydney, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for the operational and day-to-day HR management of the Sydney studio, while assisting in the delivery of key HR projects and initiatives.We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of Australian employment law, HR compliance, and workplace legislation, who can confidently support HR operations and employee-related matters within the studio.You will work closely with managers, employees, and the wider global HR team to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily HR operations for the Sydney studio
  • Manage employee records, HR documentation, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and probation processes
  • Support payroll inputs, leave management, employee benefits, and HR systems administration
