Join Associated Engineering as an HR Business Partner to support Ontario Operations with strategic human resources initiatives. This dynamic role involves recruitment, performance management, and providing insights on HR best practices.
As the primary HRBP, you will collaborate with operational leaders and the People & Culture team to implement company-wide HR solutions locally. You will need a strong foundation in employee relations, talent management, and knowledge of relevant employment legislation to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities: • Advise on HR strategy aligned with business goals • Facilitate onboarding and cultural integration for new hires • Conduct workplace investigations and recommend solutions • Manage leave of absences and conduct exit interviews • Support talent reviews and compensation cycles
