Job Description

The HR Business Partner Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the HRBP team. The role ensures smooth processing and delivery of HR transactions and services, supports employee experience initiatives, maintains employee data, and assists in HR analytics and reporting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Administration

  • Support HR Business Partner in executing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.

Employee Experience Support

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement events and programs.
  • Handle employee feedback channels and survey distribution.
  • Assist in handling employee relations issues, investigations, and resolution processes.
  • Help prepare presentations and reports required for project monitoring.
