Job Description


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters within your assigned business scope

  • Act as a trusted advisor to management, providing guidance on key HR topics such as recruitment, organizational design, performance management, absenteeism, compensation, and change management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment between HR strategy and business objectives

  • Translate business needs into pragmatic and effective HR solutions, while setting clear priorities

  • Collaborate closely with the broader HR team to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery

  • Oversee payroll and personnel administration processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuity (including back-up support when needed)






  • Minimum of 6 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comprehensive generalist HR role
