Celestica is seeking an experienced HR Business Manager 1 for our Kulim site in Kedah, Malaysia. You will lead HR support for a single site with up to 400 employees, shaping people programs and partnering with senior management.

In this role, you will oversee recruitment, performance management, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance with regulations. You will coach managers, conduct investigations, and drive organizational change initiatives to align with business goals.
