Key Responsibilities:
• Administer the employee lifecycle from start to finish
• Oversee benefits, retirement plans, and insurance programs
• Monitor absences and disability cases carefully
• Collaborate with management and union representatives
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts
Requirements:
• DEC in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ADP
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
