The HR Attendance & Visa Specialist is responsible for managing employee attendance systems and handling all visa, work permit, and immigration-related processes. This role ensures compliance with labor laws and immigration regulations while supporting smooth workforce operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Subic Bay Freeport Zone: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Time & attendance systems: 2 years (Preferred)
