Job Description
As HR Associate -focusing on Training and Development , you'll be at the forefront of employee development and organizational success. Your role will include:
- Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs aligned with business objectives
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning interventions
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report HR and training KPIs, metrics, and performance indicators
- Assist in all HR facets, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and compliance
- Maintain accurate HR and training records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure training effectiveness and KPI achievement
- Support HR projects, Employee Engagement, and initiatives as assigned
