HR Associate- Training

As HR Associate -focusing on Training and Development , you'll be at the forefront of employee development and organizational success. Your role will include:

• Key Responsibilities
• Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs aligned with business objectives
• Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning interventions
• Monitor, track, analyze, and report HR and training KPIs, metrics, and performance indicators
• Assist in all HR facets, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and compliance
• Maintain accurate HR and training records, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure training effectiveness and KPI achievement
• Support HR projects, Employee Engagement, and initiatives as assigned
