Job Description

1. Sourcing & Recruitment / Talent Management



- Create job postings and source candidates for job openings.

- Responsible for recruiting, screening, conduct exams and interviewing candidates for employment.

- Hires or refers qualified candidates for employment;

- Verifies candidates background by contacting references



2. Performance Management



- Drafts and impose company memo and notices

- Ensures proper, timely processing and issuance of employee contracts and appraisal forms.



3. HR Compliance



- Maintains complete confidentiality of all HR-related information.

- Maintains employment files and records per company policy and legal regulations.

- Processes exit management (clearance, exit interview).

- Repository of personnel file.



4. Employee Engagement



- Organize Events: Plan and coordinate employee engagement events, teambuilding act...
