Job Summary
The HR Associate supports day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee records management, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role ensures smooth HR processes and provides administrative and operational support to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
- Support employee relations by addressing basic HR inquiries and assisting with HR programs and initiatives
- Assist in the implementation and communication of company policies, guidelines, and procedures
