Job Summary
The HR Associate Payroll is responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll for office staff and truck drivers. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements while supporting HR operations such as attendance tracking, employee records, and payroll reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly/bi-weekly payroll for staff and truck drivers accurately and on time
- Calculate wages, overtime, trip-based pay, mileage, incentives, deductions, and allowances for drivers
- Manage statutory deductions and contributions (PF, ESI, tax, social security, etc. as applicable)
- Handle payroll adjustments, arrears, bonuses, advances, and final settlements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
