The HR Associate Partner serves as a strategic business partner providing comprehensive human resources support to assigned business units. This role collaborates with management to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Key job responsibilities
Business Partnership
Partner with department leaders to understand business objectives and provide HR solutions
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units
Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
Facilitate organizational change management initiatives
Employee Relations
Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances
Conduct workplace investigations when necessary
Provide guidance on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
Maintain confidentiality and document all employee relations matters
