  • Primary Scope- HR Assistant for the APEX org. consists of five key teams: i. Network Operation Center (NOC): the command and control center managing Relay Operations(ATS and Inbound), AMZL & GSF Central Operations and Holiday Contingency Planning(HCP) & Executive Escalations(ECR). ii. Business Intelligence-Tech iii. Transportation Execution: handles network configurations and implementations. iv. Product Management: encompasses four verticals - Supply Chain, Fulfillment Centers, Middle Mile, and Last Mile - working closely with operations and platform teams to drive product development v. Software Development
  • Conduct FGDs with L2 and L3 population of the above mentioned orgs, collect voices, define themes and track its closure
  • Anchor Employee experience initiatives like a) Listening Circle Completion b) LC Action Item Closure c) IDP Completion d) PWD hiring experience
  • Create P0 for MTRs/MBRs
