Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Post job ads on various platforms and monitor applicant flowConduct initial screening and schedule interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview availability
Prepare pre‑employment requirements checklist for selected candidates
Onboarding & Offboarding
Assist in new hire orientation and documentation
Ensure completion of 201 files and employee records
Process clearance and exit documents for resigning employees
HR Administration
Maintain and update employee information in HRIS or trackers
Prepare HR memos, notices, and basic correspondence
-Assist in timekeeping validation and coordination with payroll
Support benefits administration (HMO enrollment, government updates, etc.)
