  1. Key Responsibilities
    Recruitment Support
    - Post job ads on various platforms and monitor applicant flow

  2. Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews

  3. Coordinate with hiring managers for interview availability

  4. Prepare pre‑employment requirements checklist for selected candidates

  5. Onboarding & Offboarding

  6. Assist in new hire orientation and documentation

  7. Ensure completion of 201 files and employee records

  8. Process clearance and exit documents for resigning employees

  9. HR Administration

  10. Maintain and update employee information in HRIS or trackers

  11. Prepare HR memos, notices, and basic correspondence
