The HR Associate serves as the backbone of the Human Resources department, providing essential support across various functions including recruitment, employee relations, records management, and benefits administration. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assists in the end-to-end hiring process, from posting job advertisements and screening resumes to scheduling interviews and conducting initial background checks.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinates the orientation of new hires, ensuring all requirements are submitted and processed. Assists in the smooth transition of exiting employees.
  • Records Management: Maintains and updates 201 files (employee records) with 100% accuracy, ensuring data privacy and compliance with labor standards.
