Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and provide support for HR department at Phoenix Publishing House, Inc.
- Oversee communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide learning and development proposals to different departments.
- Conduct training needs analysis.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelors/College degree in Human Resources or any related course.
- Proven experience in HR such as Learning & Development or performance management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail with analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
