Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and provide support for HR department at Phoenix Publishing House, Inc.
  • Oversee communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide learning and development proposals to different departments.
  • Conduct training needs analysis.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

  • A graduate of Bachelors/College degree in Human Resources or any related course.
  • Proven experience in HR such as Learning & Development or performance management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
