  • Design, implement, and evaluate training and development programs aligned with AP Cargo’s business goals
  • Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate internal and external learning initiatives
  • Monitor training effectiveness and maintain learning records and reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Learning and Development or HR training
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills

  • AP Cargo Head Office: Durian Park, 124D Domestic Rd, Pasay City, 1300 Metro Manila
