Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support daily human resource operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee records management, attendance, and HR coordination while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Help implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Coordinate employee communications, notices, and HR documentation.
- Support performance management and training coordination.
- Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
