HR Associate Data Analyst - Co-Op/Summer Student

Job Description

The HR Associate Data Analyst Co-Op Student works with the Corporate HR team and collaborates with the Strategy and Business Performance group, supporting HR initiatives across the Irving Group of Companies. Projects and assignments will vary depending on HR business needs and will focus on enabling business success through systems, data, and technology. Throughout the work term, the student will receive increasingly challenging assignments that help develop data analysis, business analysis, and solution delivery skills. This is a 4-month work term from May 4 to September 28, 2026.
