Job Description
I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Communicates information to employees about employee benefit programs both government mandated and company initiated benefits.
- Assists employees in the enrollment of benefits programs, such as health insurance, life insurance, PAGCOR GEL, and other perks.
- Serves as a liaison officer in all government offices such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, Philhealth and BIR.
- Provides assistance to our Team Members in all HR-Related tasks and inquiries.
- Performs other HR duties or special projects as assigned by the HR Manager or the Head of the department.
- Ensures that the company is adhering to all HR-related laws and regulations, and helping employees understand their rights and responsibilities.
