Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintains and updates of the HRIS, which may include separations, transfers, newly hires, promotions, and other employee records changes.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
- Keeps daily time records updated and accurate for payroll processing.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Provides written contracts/notices for newly hires and any personnel movements such as transfers and promotions.
- Maintains and updates newly hires and attrition reports on a timely manner.
- Responsible for assisting other departments on HRIS and timekeeping related requests.
- Participates in internal and external audits or as required.
- Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for Managers and HR Staff.
