HR ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Advises managers and supervisors of state and federal regulations and effective human resource practices with regard to employee issues
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of the organization's training programs and recommends areas of improvement.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Ensures adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
