IGNIXTECH is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our growing team
Experience Required
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
Job Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including resume screening and interview coordination
Maintain employee records, files, and documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and reporting
Coordinate with different departments on HR-related matters
Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Basic understanding of policies and procedures
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
