Responsibilities

Assist the regional People & Management (Gente & Gestão) team, being responsible for activities related to personnel administration processes, such as:

  • Hiring and onboarding (new hire processing)
  • Terminations and offboarding
  • Benefits administration
  • Management of time bank (Banco de Horas) and no-shows/abandonment cases
  • Administration of internal employee referral and reward programs
  • Management of internship and young apprentice contracts
  • Vendor/supplier management
  • Documentation control and compliance
  • Data entry and maintenance of HR metrics and indicators
  • Other related activities to ensure compliance with company policies, labor legislation, and to meet the needs of the department and internal clients
