Responsibilities
Assist the regional People & Management (Gente & Gestão) team, being responsible for activities related to personnel administration processes, such as:
- Hiring and onboarding (new hire processing)
- Terminations and offboarding
- Benefits administration
- Management of time bank (Banco de Horas) and no-shows/abandonment cases
- Administration of internal employee referral and reward programs
- Management of internship and young apprentice contracts
- Vendor/supplier management
- Documentation control and compliance
- Data entry and maintenance of HR metrics and indicators
- Other related activities to ensure compliance with company policies, labor legislation, and to meet the needs of the department and internal clients
