The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources department and assists with recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee engagement activities. This role ensures smooth HR operations and supports employees with HR-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and company website
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees

2. Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee files (physical and digital)
  • Ensure proper documentation of contracts, attendance, and leave records
