As an HR Assistant - Recruitment , you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of end-to-end recruitment with the recruitment team: draft qualifications each position need to fill in, sourcing qualified candidate through different sourcing platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc., screen and conduct initial interview through face-to-face, phone call, or via zoom, coordinate with department's manager for the final interview, maintain recruitment records, monitoring contracts, filing 201 files and other confidential info/documents of employees, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration major in HR Management, AB Behavioral Science, or any related studies;
  • With at least 1-year related working experience in construction industry handling the full cycle end-to-end recruitment is prefer, but not required;
