Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Preparing candidate profile for potential applicant.
- Background checking for all applicants.
- Provide Job offer,list of requirements and discuss all the benefits of the company for those applicant who pass the interview.
- Assist all newly hired employees with the onboarding process and prepare employment contracts after the orientation.
- Preparing and organizing 201 files of employees based on the list.
- Update and maintain records of each employee on MASTERLIST & HR System.
- Assist in payroll processing by collecting timesheets, attendance records, overtime data, and leave information
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll-related question
