Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for processing payroll.
  • You handle social insurance declarations.
  • You manage the administrative processes for employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • You maintain and manage our personnel databases.
  • You provide administrative support for various processes (e.g., annual qualifications/annual appraisals).
  • You assist HR Business Partners with administrative tasks and the preparation of statistics.
  • You monitor KPIs and maintain tracking reports.
  • You contribute to the smooth operation and quality of HR services (including participation in SOX audits).

Requirements

  • You hold a Federal VET Certificate (CFC) as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification; a certificate as an HR management assistant is an asset.
