Job Description

The HR Assistant Manager supports the HR Manager in overseeing end-to-end HR and administrative operations. The role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, HRMS management, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, and compliance with Saudi labor laws. The position also supports visa and Iqama processing, HR policy updates, employee records management, and HR reporting.

In addition, the role manages administrative functions including office coordination, inventory and procurement, visitor management, travel arrangements, communication handling, and general office operations for the Saudi office.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or MBA

3 -4 years of HR experience
Experience with HR Field
- Must Experience in Employee Relation

Must have Experience in Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Serve based Industry
