Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Assistant - Learning and Development based in Parañaque. The HR Assistant will assist in the implementation and management of learning and development programs, coordinate employee training sessions, and maintain training records. Additional responsibilities include supporting HR operations, contributing to HR systems efficiency, assisting with benefits administration, and collaborating to ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.

- Proficiency in Human Resources operations and HR Management practices
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
- Strong skills in coordinating Training and Learning and Development programs
