The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative tasks, recruitment activities, and employee relations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as appointment letters, employment contracts, and termination letters.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies.
  • Manage attendance and leave applications and maintain up-to-date HR databases.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR manager and department.
