JOB DESCRIPTION Handle data entry and maintain employee records. Manage dormitory arrangements and worker matters. Prepare payroll, attendance, and leave records. Assist with work permit and site pass documentation. Maintain proper filing and HR administrative documents. Liaise with workers, supervisors, and external parties on HR matters. REQUIREMENT Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent and above with 2-3 years relevant working experience Proficient in MS Excel & Word Good interpersonal skills, independent, pro-active, meticulous and fast leaner Has initiative, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Transportation pick- up services will be provided at Kranji, Choa Chu Kang & Pioneer 5 working days
