Job Scope – HR Assistant

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in screening resumes and arranging interview schedules
  • Prepare offer letters and employment documents
  • Coordinate onboarding process for new employees

2. Personnel Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records (hardcopy and system)
  • Prepare HR letters such as confirmation, resignation, warning, and memo
  • Manage employee personal files and ensure confidentiality

3. Payroll & Attendance Support

  • Assist in payroll preparation and verification
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime, and medical claims
  • Update leave records and HR systems

4. Statutory & Compliance

  • Assist with statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
