Project Assignment: Metro Manila Subway Project CP-103

Job Responsibilities:

• Collecting data, manual timekeeping and processing payroll
• Processing final pay
• Monthly payroll reports
• Leave Credits monitoring
• Processing Bank Accounts (for newly hired employees)
• Answer to concerns of employees regarding compensation
• Other task as assign by the immediate supervisor

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Business Administration in Human Resource Management
• With at least 3 years experience in payroll, timekeeping and compensation & benefits in construction industry
• Must be able to communicate with other foreign nationals in English language
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be knowledgeable in computation of tax and alpha list
• Keen to details
• Amenable to work as Project-based
