Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including crafting job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

-Facilitate new hire onboarding and conduct orientation.-Maintain and manage employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

-Assist with performance management activities, including employee surveys and feedbacks.

-Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and help maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.

-Prepare HR reports and other documentation for management as required.-Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

-Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.-Look after the office expenses and provide support to the admin staff.
