Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR activities, including onboarding, employee records, and HR compliance
- Assist with the recruitment lifecycle: job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination
- Communicate professionally with candidates and clients
- Maintain and update HR and recruitment databases
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in online HR or recruitment (preferred)
