Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR activities, including onboarding, employee records, and HR compliance
  • Assist with the recruitment lifecycle: job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and clients
  • Maintain and update HR and recruitment databases
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in online HR or recruitment (preferred)
