JOB SUMMARY
Facilitate and administer the engagement activities, training and development, health, safety, and compliance initiatives of the department.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
I. EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENTPropose and present employee engagement activities to the HR Manager. Prepare and facilitate all approved engagement activities. Create and collate, through feedback form, all administered engagement activities. Attends and facilitates the company monthly mass. Prepare and coordinate the monthly HR newsletter content. Facilitate and lead company-wide events. Monitor and process newly hired kit, ID lace, ID case, and uniform. II. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT Profiling all employees for training needs analysis.
