JOB SUMMARY

Facilitate and administer the engagement activities, training and development, health, safety, and compliance initiatives of the department.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



I. EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
  • Propose and present employee engagement activities to the HR Manager.
  • Prepare and facilitate all approved engagement activities.
  • Create and collate, through feedback form, all administered engagement activities.
  • Attends and facilitates the company monthly mass.
  • Prepare and coordinate the monthly HR newsletter content.
  • Facilitate and lead company-wide events.
  • Monitor and process newly hired kit, ID lace, ID case, and uniform.
  • II. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
  • Profiling all employees for training needs analysis.
  • Sourcing and identifying external training for qualified employees.
