Qualification Standards:
HR graduate, Psychology graduate, or related HR course
Experience:
at least Minimum of 6 months experience in Employee Relations
Familiar with the overall due process of disciplinary actions
Available to start immediately
Construction industry experience is preferred
Familiarization in Labor code
