Responsibilities

  • Handling administrative duties to facilitate the department’s business requirements, for instance, reimbursement, etc.
  • Supporting HR to facilitate business requirements through HR’s roles and responsibilities, for instance, recruitment, performance management, atmosphere development, team conference, etc.
  • Being responsible for administrative and operation interface internally and externally, for smoothness of HR & Admin procedures to complete within the time frame.
  • Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
  • Providing coordination for company events.
