Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations and engagement activities.
- Support performance evaluation and training programs.
- Administer government and company benefits.
- Ensure policy compliance and maintain HR records.
- Prepare HR reports such as headcount and attendance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
