Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Handle employee relations and engagement activities.
  • Support performance evaluation and training programs.
  • Administer government and company benefits.
  • Ensure policy compliance and maintain HR records.
  • Prepare HR reports such as headcount and attendance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
