Job Scope

Responsible for assisting the HR Manager with all HR and administration across the Group of companies to help attract, hire and retain employees and ensure an efficient and organised service is provided to line management and employees. Assist with office management duties.

Recruitment

  • Assist the HR Manager to source skilled and experienced employees through different methods to provide a continuous comprehensive pool of candidates for manpower requirements.
  • Assist with the recruitment process to help ensure all vacancies are filled as per requirements. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews with relevant parties in the company.
  • Coordinate and compile pre-employment requirements of successful applicants. Assist with the induction process for new employees.
