About the job

As an HR Assistant you will be working closely with the HR Director. The largest part of your job consists

of a broad scope of payroll administration, fleet management, follow-up on the recruitment process and

the administrative part of learning and development.

Meaning:

  • Follow-up on time registration of the employees,

  • Payroll in collaboration with the payroll office,

  • Setting- up contracts,

  • On- and offboarding of employees

  • Arranging visa applications of the employees

  • Administration of human resources,

  • Planning trainings,

  • Preparing and follow- up on the recruitment process: taking a first look at the CVs, giving

    feedback, scheduling appointments,

  • Organizing local company events: support the team with social initiatives and organize team

    buildings.
