HR and Administration Manager

Salary: MYR 5,000 – MYR 9,500 Per Month

Requirements:
Education & Major:

• Bachelor's degree or higher. Priority given to majors in Human Resource Management, Administration Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Work Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in human resources and administration management, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment. Familiar with labor-intensive production enterprise management models.
• Minimum 5 years of team management experience.
• Priority given to candidates with experience in from 0 to 1 setup/establishment of a manufacturing factory.

Professional Knowledge:

• Proficient in manufacturing labor laws and regulations, performance appraisal tools.
