Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support for the company’s farm operations.
  • Help monitor employee movements for new positions, replacements, or transfers.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement activities and programs.
  • Oversee and track the performance management system.
  • Handle the timekeeping process.
  • Monitor payroll issues and ensure they are resolved.
  • Manage the full due process in labor relations cases.
  • Assist in carrying out corporate social responsibility and in-house training programs.
  • Suggest improvements to strengthen HR services for the farm.
  • Perform other temporary tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any course.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as HR/Admin staff.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes (employee engagement, performance management, labor relations, payroll/timekeeping).
